Terms of Service

1. Operator and agreement

“TradersMill,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the TradersMill service. The operator’s formal legal entity name is pending owner and legal review and must be completed before final publication. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your location. You are responsible for accurate account information, a secure password, activity under your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used to impersonate another person.

3. Service purpose

TradersMill helps customers record, organize, analyze, and review trading activity. It is not a broker or investment adviser and does not execute trades. The Trading Risk Disclaimer is part of these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, trial, and billing

Plan prices, included capabilities, and billing periods are presented before Stripe Checkout. An eligible, verified customer may receive one seven-day trial when confirmed by Stripe. Stripe processes payment information and provider events determine subscription activation, renewal, failed-payment, cancellation, and access status. Verification or a browser return from Checkout does not itself grant paid access.

Cancellation and refund handling follow the published Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, probe or bypass security controls, access another customer’s records, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, interfere with availability, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, or use TradersMill for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.

6. Customer content

You retain responsibility for trade records, notes, screenshots, imported files, setup material, and other content you submit. You represent that you have the right to provide that content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display it to operate and secure TradersMill. Do not upload payment-card details, brokerage passwords, or content you are not authorized to use.

7. TradersMill materials

The application, branding, documentation, software, and non-customer content are owned by or licensed to the TradersMill operator. Your subscription provides a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service according to these Terms; it does not transfer ownership.

8. Availability and changes

We work to operate TradersMill reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, provider outages, security events, or technical failures may affect access. Features described as Coming Soon, fixture, demonstration, or unavailable are not functioning subscription commitments. Material changes to these Terms will be published with an updated effective date.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or suspended for security risk, unlawful or abusive conduct, nonpayment, provider-confirmed subscription status, or material violation of these Terms. Customers may cancel according to the cancellation policy. Record access after cancellation or termination depends on the supported account lifecycle and applicable retention obligations.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TradersMill is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that trading results, analytics, imports, or review outputs will be complete or error-free. You remain responsible for validating records and trading decisions. To the extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, lost profits, trading losses, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Governing terms

Owner/legal review required: governing law, venue, and the operator’s legal entity have not yet been designated in repository configuration. No jurisdiction is asserted by this draft.
