TradersMill customer policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective August 10, 2026
This policy describes the current TradersMill subscription lifecycle. Stripe provider confirmation remains authoritative; this page does not change billing behavior.
Seven-day trial
Each eligible, email-verified customer may receive one seven-day trial when Stripe confirms the trial subscription and payment-method readiness. The plan and billing interval selected at Checkout apply after the trial unless the subscription is canceled through the supported flow. Trial availability is not granted merely by account creation, email verification, or returning from Checkout.
Monthly and annual subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew on their provider-confirmed monthly schedule. Annual subscriptions renew on their provider-confirmed annual schedule. The current price and billing interval are shown before Stripe Checkout. Plan access follows the status confirmed by Stripe.
Cancellation
Use the subscription controls in TradersMill to request cancellation. When Stripe confirms cancellation at period end, renewal is disabled and access normally continues through the provider-confirmed paid period, subject to security suspension, payment status, these Terms, and supported account lifecycle behavior. A cancellation request is not complete until provider confirmation is reflected in the account.
Failed payments
Failed or incomplete payments may result in a past-due, grace, canceled, expired, or read-only status based on Stripe-confirmed events. TradersMill does not fabricate paid access while payment status is unresolved. Existing records may remain viewable where the supported read-only lifecycle allows.
Refunds
Owner/legal review required: a final discretionary refund rule has not been approved. Refund eligibility is governed by the published refund policy and applicable law. This launch draft makes no additional promise of full, partial, prorated, or automatic refunds. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Contact Support with the account email, charge date, plan, and reason for the request. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
