Get help with the current TradersMill product. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, broker credentials, or other secrets in a support message.

Email support@tradersmill.com. Include the affected page, what you expected, what happened, and a non-sensitive screenshot when useful.
What we can help with
- Account and login: sign-in, verification-email delivery, and account-access problems.
- Billing: Checkout, subscription status, cancellation confirmation, or a refund-policy question. Do not provide card details.
- Imports: supported file formats, validation messages, and rows that need correction.
- Technical issues: reproducible errors, responsive-layout problems, and unavailable application controls.
- Privacy and account requests: access, correction, or deletion questions subject to identity verification and supported retention obligations.
